How we use your details

We collect your name and contact details to answer your request. With your consent we match you to our records and, where your request needs another service, share it with that service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Need an interpreter, the National Relay Service, or help in person? Say so above and we will arrange it. Nothing you tell us is used for any other purpose.
