Drafted by the monitoring agent at the Australian Warning System level the threshold sets, in Common Alerting Protocol terms, naming the device, the reading and the threshold. Issued, updated or cancelled only by an authorised officer (GL-EM-01). Every issued warning exports as CAP for the national aggregator.
