Pay and entitlements calculated from the award and checked before the run

Hours from FTE and approved leave, pay from the band, PAYG on the 2025-26 scale, superannuation at the guarantee. The payroll agent flags exceptions before the run: no TFN declaration, pay outside the band, shared bank accounts, separated employees, leave beyond the balance, large movements. The payroll manager cannot release with one unresolved (GL-PW-04).
