Every incident triaged against the Act; notifiable ones to the regulator first, then the officer responds

Notifiable incidents (death, serious injury or illness, dangerous incident: WHS Act ss 35 to 37) must be notified immediately by the fastest means and the site preserved (ss 38, 39). The officer under the Act responds only after notification is recorded. Internal reporting is measured against the 24-hour standard (GL-PW-06).
